Felishia Joseph is a Post Graduate, completed her Masters in Law (LLM) from the School of Indian Legal Thought Affiliated to Mahatma University Kottayam, Kerala in the year 2002. She completed her graduation in L.L.B (5 years Integrated Course) in the year 2000, from Vaikunta Baliga college of law, Udupi affiliated to Mangalore University. She enrolled as an Advocate, in the Bar Council of Kerala on 23.07.2000.
She started her practice as a Junior Advocate, in the office of Adv. K.J.Kurian and Adv. K.Z. Kuncheria in Kerala for a period of six months. She also served as a Lecturer imparting knowledge to young and budding advocates in Central Law College, Salem during the Academic year 2003 – 2004, handling the subject Law of Contracts.
She was a legal consultant for a NBFC, Muthoot Fin Corp Ltd during the year 2005. She resumed practice in the year 2006, as a junior Advocate in the office of K.F. Manavalan, Advocate, Chennai, and was handling various cases before the Madras High Court, City Civil Courts, Family Courts and Consumer Forum. She is a member of the ethics committee of GLENEAGLES GLOBAL HEALTH CITY, PERUMBAKKAM, CHENNAI.
She is associated with JRJ ASSOCIATES since July 2016. She is predominantly handling civil, consumer and family cases, drafting agreements, deeds, rendering legal opinions and also representing in City Civil Courts, Family Courts, Criminal courts and Consumer Forum.
